I teach yoga and breathwork classes for teams, virtual or in person at your office (in-person limited to the SF Bay Area). Each class is built around what a workday actually asks of the body: long stretches at a desk, back-to-back meetings, focus that has nowhere to release. It's a physical reset your team can actually use, not another wellness perk that sits unused.
Yoga & Breathwork Classes for Your Employees
What Corporate Yoga & Breathwork Classes Include
I lead vinyasa-based yoga classes for teams, virtual or in person at your office. Each class moves through active, flowing movement and closes with restorative work, so people leave with their nervous system actually settled, not just their body stretched. Breathwork is built into every session, giving your team an immediate sense of calm and clarity they can feel by the end of class.
Beyond that immediate reset, the classes build a practice your team can draw on outside the session itself: the capacity to stay nimble and adaptable in a fast-growing environment where the pace rarely slows down long enough to recover on its own.
Format
Virtual (live, joins your existing meeting cadence) or in person at your office (in-person limited to the SF Bay Area)
Single sessions or a recurring cadence
Scales from a single team to a full department
About your Coach, Carrie
I spent a decade inside high-pressure corporate environments, including two roles as Chief of Staff, while training as a yoga and somatic coach. I know what a demanding role actually asks of a person's body and nervous system, because I lived it. This isn't outside wellness programming bolted onto your culture. It's built by someone who ran in the same rooms your team runs in.
I've sat in the exec syncs, run the offsites, and carried the calendar for leaders who couldn't afford to be anything less than sharp. That's the world I bring into every session. I'm not walking in as a wellness vendor who's read about corporate pressure. I've managed it from the inside, and I built this work specifically for people operating under that kind of load.
I’m a certified yoga and somatic coach trained in trauma-informed movement, and I've spoken and contributed for organizations including Chief of Staff Network, Ask a Chief of Staff, and ProductLed. My approach blends that operator background with the somatic and nervous system training, so the sessions hold up in a room full of people who are skeptical of anything that feels like wellness for wellness's sake.
